NEET 2025 Application Process
The NEET 2025 application process is completely online. Candidates need to follow the steps below to complete their application:
1.Registration:
Go to the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in
Click the “New Registration” link.
Enter personal details, create a password, and receive an application number.
2.Filling the Application Form:
Log in using application number and password.
Enter academic information, select examination cities, and opt for the medium of the question paper.
3.Uploading Documents:
Upload scanned images of the following:
Passport-sized photograph
Signature
Left-hand thumb impression
Class 10 certificate
Category certificate (if applicable)
Ensure that the images are in the prescribed format and size.
4.Payment of Application Fee:
Pay the application fee through online modes such as credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI.
Fee details:
General: ₹1,600
General-EWS/ OBC-NCL: ₹1,500
SC/ST/PwD/Transgender: ₹900
5.Confirmation Page:
Successful payment, download, and print confirmation page for later use.
Tip: Candidates are advised to hold copies of the documents and the confirmation page till the admissions are completed.
NEET 2025 Admit Card
Admit card is a most vital document to show up for NEET exam. Here’s information candidates should note:
- Release Date: April 30, 2025
- How to Download:
1.Visit neet.nta.nic.in
2.Click the “NEET UG 2025 Admit Card” link.
- Input your application number, date of birth, and security pin.
- Download and print the admit card.

Exam Day Guidelines
For a hassle-free examination process, the candidates must adhere to the below-mentioned guidelines:
- Documents to Carry:
- Printed copy of the admit card
- Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, etc.)
- Passport-sized photograph (same as uploaded in the application)
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Reporting Time:
- Candidates should report to the exam center at least 2 hours before the start of the exam.
- Prohibited Items:
1.Electronic devices (smartwatches, mobiles, calculators)
2.Stationery items (pen, pencil, eraser)
3.Any document or notes
- Dress Code:
1.Half-sleeved light-colored attire
2.Slippers or sandals with low heels
3.Avoid big buttons on dresses or shoes
